Hammer not spawning, Spark plug also not spawning.

never mind the hammer did spawn just in the trunk of the car while the car keys where be hind the planks making it imposable to get out using the car.

Ill just tell you. So i restarted the map and fixed the car and drove to the right and found this missing texture in the wall and stuff. thats it

if i look at the sky my vision goes super bright

Also it appears most items just dont spawn, many containers are just empty when you open them
