Make forsaken of tzeentch affected by the -10% recruitment
Remove +4 melee defense
Add item gained " banner of change" ( kills off enemy units and spawns chaos spawn)

Add +5 % chance of hero-self defense

Reduce growth to 10
Add increased chance for a cult spawning ( maybe 5%)

Reduce chance of Winds of magic reserve increasing to 5%

Reduce Winds of magic cost decrease from 100% to 75% ( It´s too strong otherwise).
