Tzeentch;

Bugs:
Inscrutable demagogury currently applies only 0% agent success chance


Piercing screams:
remove +4 melee attack
double charge bonus to 12
add attribute " terror"

Warpflame formula:
Remove +6% missle damage
Add +10 % ammunition ( that´s more impactful).

Greater locus of power:
Reduce upkeep effect 5 %
Keep -10% recruitment cost
Add blue horrors as unit targeted by the tech.

Gift of Mutation:

Make forsaken of tzeentch affected by the -10% recruitment
Remove +4 melee defense
Add item gained " banner of change" ( kills off enemy units and spawns chaos spawn)


Inscrutable demagagoguery:
Remove +5% physical resistance
Add +5 % chance of hero-self defense

Cult whisperer:
Reduce growth to 10
Add increased chance for a cult spawning ( maybe 5%)

Thaumatic focus:
Reduce chance of Winds of magic reserve increasing to 5%
Add +10% army vision range

Teleport:
Reduce Winds of magic cost decrease from 100% to 75% ( It´s too strong otherwise).


What do you think about adding additional effects to the techs that unlock the changing of ways or
the lords of changes spells?

Kislev;

Hooked axe blades:
remove +5% physical resistance
Add +10% weapon strength
Extend effects to Kossovite dervishes/Horsearchers


Leather treatment:
Remove 5% physical resistance
Remove +5 melee defence
Add +5 armor
Extent effect range to Kossars


Tzar loyalty rite:
Remove +5 leadership
Keep +4 melee attack
Add +1 charge of "by our blood" for Tzar guard".


Recuperance:
Add effect "-1 turn character recovery time"

Streltsi arsenal:
Increase AP ranged damagefrom 5 to 10 %

Pirate Weapons:
Remove +10% reload reduction time
Add +10% range instead.

Blessed orthodoxy:
Add + 3 devotion per turn


Looters of the Oblast:
Add +15 % income through looting settlements.


Harbor watch:
Remove +1 recruitment rank for cavalry

Secrets of the Griffonlodge:
Add +1 recruitment experience for cavalry.

Giving units bonus resistance below 10% has very little effect on the unit unless all ready has resistances. Like 40 weapons damage with 5% Physical resistance is just 2 damage less taken. It might be worth looking the techs that do so
