Steam is stopping mods from being downloaded if you don't own the game on steam. Does anyone know where to get these files from or another mod site with total war warhammer III? has steam put cease and desist for mods on nexus too?

going through the same issue at the moment playing TWH3 on xbox PC game pass. have tried workshopDL & SteamCMD with no luck, steam really sticking it to the mod community with these practices
