Change Capacity without MCT
Hello, I was wondering if it is possible and where I can change the maximum capacities for special and rare units manually or with another mod without MCT because it currently does not work with multiplayer. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Open the packfile in RPFM and check the difficulty handicaps table.

Thanks took me a while to figure out what you meant I've never used RPFM but got it working

Hello, i tried to use RPFM but when i try to open the "difficulty_handicaps_table" i got the error "Missing or invalid extra data provided : schema"
Maybe i'm using RPFM in the wrong way but i would like to know how to modify the cap limits
