List of features 1 Frontier Settlement and it upgrades, edicts and others)
The first EUTAB listed its features as Images. While they are easy to understand the overall picture, difficult to read details because of these character size. And hard to maintain. So I will list them as a thread.
  • Ethos Unique Buildings (Common: Planet Limit 1, Max Distrixts +1)
    • Frontier Settlement: Housing +400, Pop Amenities Usage -10%, Clerk Jobs +200
    • Ministry of the Interior (Authoritarian not Imperial): Bureaucrat Jobs +100 and per 50 Pop, Clerk Jobs +300 and per 20 Pop
    • Imperial Residence (Authoritarian Imperial): Minor Noble Jobs +400 and per 25 Pop. Minor Noble consumes 1.5 Consumer Goods and produces 3 Unity, 2 Naval Cap, Worker Pop Resource Output +1% and Slave Pop Resource Output +1%.
    • Planetary Parliament (Egalitarian): Bureaucrat Jobs +200 and per 20 Pop, Unity from Jobs +15%, Stability +5
    • Xeno Adaptation Facility (Xenophobe not Pacifist): Habitability +10%, Medical Worker +200
    • Exploratory Guard Station (Xenophobic Pacifist): Bureaucrat Jobs +100, Soldier Jobs +100, Biologist Jobs +300, Empire Size from Pops -5%
    • Xeno Cultural Quarter (Xenophile): Housing +800, Habitability +5%, Automatic Resettlement Destination Chance +25%, Xenoanthropologist Jobs +300. Xenoanthropologist consumes 3 Consumer Goods and produces 4 Unity, 3 Society Research and 3 Trade.
    • Wargame Colosseum (Militarist): Army Starting Experience +100, Gladiator Jobs +500. Gladiator consumes 0.5 Alloys and 0.5 Consumer Goods and produces 800 Amenity, 3 Naval Cap and 2 Planetary Defense Armies.
    • Environmental Preserve (Pacifist): Stability +5, doesn't have "Max Distrixts +1", Park Ranger Jobs +500. Park Ranger produces 3 Unity, 300 Amenity and 3 Trade.
    • City Arcology (Materialist): Housing +800, Pop Amenities Usage -15%, Clerk Jobs +300, Max Distrixts +10%
    • Planetfall Shrine (Spiritualist): Happiness +5%, Bureaucrat Jobs +400
  • Edict Technologies for regular empires. They require certain AP and Authorities. Megacorps are treated as Oligarchic.
  • Develop Corporate Connections (Democratic Authorities AND "Interstellar Dominion, Imperial Prerogative or Grasp the Void"): Unlock "Buy Influence" Edict
  • Bastion of Democracy (Democratic Authorities AND "One Vision, Master Builders or Transcendent Learning"): Unlock a Edict of same name
  • Organise Representatives ("Democratic or Oligarchic Authorities" AND "Galactic Force Projection, Shared Destiny or Eternal Vigilance"): Unlock "Rally Party Support" Edict
  • Expand Emergency Powers ("Democratic or Oligarchic Authorities" AND "Defender of the Galaxy or Galactic Contender"): Unlock "Enact Emergency Powers" Edict
  • Coerce Corporate Assistance (authoritarian AND "Interstellar Dominion, Imperial Prerogative or Galactic Wonders"): Unlock a Edict of same name
  • Subsidise Private R&D (Oligarchic Authorities AND "Technological Ascendancy, Enigmatic Engineering or Galactic Wonders"): Unlock a Edict of same name
  • Cult of Personality (Dictatorial Authorities AND "One Vision, Imperial Prerogative or Galactic Force Projection"): Unlock a Edict of same name
  • Develop Crisis Propaganda Campaigns ("Imperial or Dictatorial Authorities (include variants)" AND "Defender of the Galaxy, Nihilistic Acquisition or Barbaric Despoilers Civic"): Unlock "Supply Graphic Propaganda" Edict
  • Imperial Pressure (Imperial Authorities AND "Imperial Prerogative, Voidborn, Void Dwellers Origin or Galactic Wonders"): Unlock a Edict of same name
  • Other Technologies for regular empires. They require certain AP.
    • Optimised Frontier Settlement Rollouts and upper versions (Max 4 Level): Frontier Settlement (include upgrades) Build Speed +15% and Max Districts from Frontier Settlement +0.5 (each)
    • Project Support Lab (Master Builders and "Galactic Wonders, Voidborn, Void Dwellers Origin or Enigmatic Engineering"): Unlocks an Building of same name
    • Gaia District (World Shaper, Mastery of Nature or environmental architects civic): Unlocks an Building of same name
    • Foundation Institute (Technological Ascendancy AND finished Discovery tradition): Unlocks an Building of same name. Research Alternatives +1
    • Street Judge Theory (Arcology Project AND "militarist or authoritarian"): Unlock "Hall of Justice" Building
    • Sustainable Architecture (Arcology Project AND "Mastery of Nature, environmental architects civic or Master Builders"): Unlock "Hydroponics Tower" Building

EUTAB features are too many, so I must divide the list into 4 pieces. I hope this dividing make the list less-difficult to read.
