Regarding framerates (and how to fix the inconsistencies)

Using RealFrameTime() instead of a static value does wonders
https://files.catbox.moe/ldhvu0.mp4 game running at 30 fps
https://files.catbox.moe/wrp997.mp4 game running at over 200 fps or so
i did apply some other fixes of my own as well so it looks actually right
could toss you the code n stuff if you wish
