reset waaagh counter
Is there a way to reset waaagh counter? I was able to add enough resources to start it, but there's a 20-turn counter and at some point, waaagh reinforcements are gone, so I'd like to retrigger waaagh, but not sure how.

Can't add resources
My problem is primarily with imperial authority. The new code from github doesn't work either. In the end it looks like this to me.

res emp_imperial_authority_new 100

Am I making a mistake? Are there others with the same problem?
