Playermodel Arm Color Workaround
This is a simple guide to giving your playermodel hands the same color as your worldmodel.

Requirements
  • Pac3
  • Extended Spawnmenu (Optional)
  • Submaterial Tool (Optional, useful for getting texture names)

Step 1
Select the appropriate playermodel (the Wickerbeast, in this instance), and select the skin that you would like to use.

Step 2
Either with the Extended Spawnmenu, Submaterial Tool, or sheer willpower, locate the correct color texture for the horn and claws that you currently have selected. You can find the textures in the following directory:
textures/models/eradium/wickerbeast/

Step 3
Once you have the correct texture, Open up Pac3 and follow the steps below

  1. Create a new group (or use the starting one) and set the Owner Name to "hands". This should move your camera into First Person.
  2. Insert and "Entity" into the group. You may have to re-insert it if it comes out "Null"
  3. With the Entity selected, scroll down to the Sub Materials section and paste the texture into the "HornsAndClaws" texture box.

Finished!
That should do it! This method should work for other colorable playermodels that don't have colorable viewmodels too.
