POSITIVE TRAITS
Trait "Adaptive":
Can fight with melee weapons a little longer without getting tired.
(Has a chance to spend less endurance when swinging melee weapons.)
+1 Strength
+1 Fitness

When attacking with melee weapons, the character can spend less endurance.
The chance of triggering is approximately 20%
The amount of endurance depends on the type of weapon and averages 50% of the hit.
That is, if a weapon spends up to 6 endurance per hit, then with a trait there is a chance that only 3 endurance will be spent.

Trait "Marathon Runner":
Can run (not sprinting) a little longer without getting tired.
+1 Fitness
+1 Running

While running, there is a chance to restore a small amount of endurance.
On average, the trait allows you to run about 1 minute (real time) longer before the character receives the Moderate Exertion at any Fitness level.
If the character is sneaking (C key), then the effectiveness is reduced to 33% of the base indicator.
Does not work with sptinting (ALT key).

Trait "Way of the Ninja":
Permanently restore a small amount of endurance while sneaking (does not move, walking or running).
+1 Lightfooted
+1 Sneaking

Always restores a small amount of endurance while sneaking (C key).
On average, the trait allows you to run while sneaking (C) for about 1 minute (real time) longer before the character receives the Moderate Exertion at any Fitness level.
Works in cases: when the character is standing, walking or running.
Does not work with sptinting (ALT key).

Trait "Weakly bleeding wounds":
Wounds bleed less.<br>(-50% Bleeding effect).
If a character is wounded with bleeding, the bleeding will deal only 50% of the base damage.
On average, this doubles the time to death from blood loss.
For example, if a character was wounded in the neck, then he will die not after 30 seconds, but after about 45 seconds.

Trait "Mushroom Picker":
+1 Foraging
Adds "Herbalist" trait, which allows you to recognize poisonous berries and mushrooms.
While in the search mode (foraging mode), the character receives:
+0.6 Search Radius
-5% Weather influence
-10% Darkness influence
+55% chance to find Mushrooms

Trait "Strong Back":
Can carry more weight before receiving Fairly Heavy Load.
The bonus is from 1 to 2 kg. Depending on the Strength. The more power, the greater the bonus.
At 10 Strength, the maximum weight would be 20 + 2 = 22 kg.

NEGATIVE TRAITS
Trait "Lark":
Prefers to be awake in the morning.
(Drowsiness accumulates more slowly in the early morning (05:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.), but faster in the late evening (07:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)).

If the character gets up before 05:00, then fatigue will appear a little later. Approximately 30-60 minutes of playing time.

Trait "Owl":
Prefers to stay awake in the evenings.
(Drowsiness accumulates more slowly in the late evening (07:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), but faster in the early morning (05:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.)).

If the character gets up after 10:00 and is awake after 19:00, then fatigue will appear a little later. Approximately 30-60 minutes of playing time.

Trait "Weak Back":
Can carry less weight before receiving Fairly Heavy Load.
The fine is from 1 to 3 kg. Depending on the Strength. The more power, the greater the penalty.
At 10 Strength, the maximum weight will be 20 - 3 = 17 kg.

Trait "Sensitive Digestion":
Overeating causes stomach pain and nausea.
If a character receives a satiety buff after eating, it causes stomach pain and increases the level of nausea.
The more hunger satisfies food, the more pain and nausea will be.
Eat better when the 1st Hunger debuff appears. Food that restores about 15-20 hunger units will be completely safe.
Queasy is safe for the character. If you eat non-stop, Queasy can increase and turn even into Fever, which can be fatal.
The pain from overeating goes away fairly quickly.
The pain depends on the dose and can reach Agony, but is still not fatal to the character.

Trait "Weather Sensitive":
Head aches when the weather changes.
Also head may ache when it rains or snows.

Head hurts badly the day before rain or curtains.
The head sometimes hurts during a rain or storm going up.
The head hurts a little the day before the end of the rain or curtain.
The maximum pain level is 2.

Trait "Heavily Bleeding Wounds":
Wounds bleed more.
(+100% Bleeding effect).

If the character is wounded with bleeding, the bleeding will deal 200% of the base damage.
On average, this reduces the time to death from blood loss by half.
For example, if a character received a wound in the neck, then he will die not after 30 seconds, but after about 15 seconds.

Trait "Allergic":
Sneezes involuntary from time to time.
Approximately 6-12 times a day (randomly) the character sneezes, which attracts zombies that were nearby.
You can muffle a sneeze if you take a napkin or toilet paper in your hands. Decreasing the sneeze radius by 90%.

Trait "Panic attacks":
Sometimes suffers from panic attacks
Any panic passes more slowly.

Approximately 2-5 times a day (randomly) the character has panic attacks.
Animation and sound play during a panic attack.
The character's panic level rises to almost the maximum. Add some stress and moisture.
Panic passes more slowly, depending on the current level of panic. The stronger the panic, the slower it passes.
The trait ignores any trait that lowers panic, including Desensitized.

Trait "Sore legs":
Legs begin to hurt while walking, running, doing fitness and stomping.<br>When sprinting, the legs hurt much more and exhale much faster.
The pain is cumulative with different activities.
The maximum pain level is 2.
The character spends more stamina while sprinting (ALT) and runs out of breath faster. Pain builds up much faster.
The maximum level of pain during sprinting is 4.

Trait "Alcoholic" (for the Vanilla version):
Easily tolerates strong drunkenness.
Overall condition will worsen if alcohol not been drunk for a long time.

Any intoxication above the first level passes very quickly.
After about 48 hours, character will become sad, depressed, have a headache, and will be very nauseated.
It is impossible to die from the negative effects of this trait without extraneous factors.
