Vlad von Carstein missing from campaign?
I might be stupid so I am sorry but in the campaign select the bonuses for having vlad or Isabella in their army are still present so when starting campaign as Isabella I dont see to have Vlad as a hero anywhere. This could be 100% my fault like maybe another mod is interfering with this thoug I cant think of what or is there something I have to do to get him/her part of my army?

Its free DLC, you need to have it active first.

I do, it non sfo the campaign works fine I get both of the vampire lords. But with SFO i seem to only get one. Well that means I must of broken something if I am supposed to have both so I will go testing. Thanks.

I've got this same issue and it seems it's missing the starting extra blood kiss too

If you dont have blood kiss it means your mods broke.
