Complete list of changes

Where I can find list of changes about units ? For example Handgunner has basic reload time 18s in compare to 13 in vanilla.

Simple stat balancing like that would be impossible to document and keep updated I imagine but the complete list of changes is linked on the main steam mod page under the summary section.
