I put the addons and reviewed my players and Wilian Aftom didn't appear. I gave him a bad review

You more than likely need to turn workshop poly off in the settings. Go to Settings -> Content -> Workshop Settings. Then set the Workshop Polygon Limits to OFF. Otherwise I believe you are a very small child and should maybe go back to playing GMOD before you try Tower Unite again.
