Since everyone else is doing it, I figured I may as well throw my bid in for the stats.

Pros:
This gun is Semi-Automatic. You remain scoped between shots, until you run out of clip, and the time between shots is halved. More importantly, you do not lose your charge until your next reload. You have a clip size of five bullets.
You gain +15% to your current charge everytime you land a scoped bodyshot, and 25% every time you get a scoped headshot.

Cons:
Reload time is doubled, and you switch weapons 30% slower while this weapon is equipped.
You do 40% less damage while unscoped.
You do not gain charge passively, and can only gain charge through getting scoped hits.
