Here are some stats, MUCH better than the other ones I posted:

While zoomed, scroll up or down to increase/decrease zoom, which can go up to 100% larger (double).

Bullet does not charge, instead it does greater damage based on how far away you are from the target.

Has a 4-bullet clip, no unscope or reload until all 4 shots are fired. Clip reload is ~ 4 seconds long. Firing speed is the same as normal.

20% lower damage, meaning close up Bodyshots will to a maximum of 46 damage, close up headshots doing 120, max-range bodyshots will do a maximum of 140 damage, and max-range headshots will do 360 damage

Unique, balanced, and fits the description well in my opinion.
