Hey I am getting a crash to desktop when I hover my mouse over Wing of Diplomacy, Wing of Martial, Wing of Stewardship, Wing of Intrigue, Wing of Learning, and Guardian of knowledge upgrades on the Wonder at Constantinople. I have only Clean slate and this mod enabled. I just open the Wonder at that site and scroll down to the university* upgrades. I can recreate it every time by starting a 769 start date as Byzantine empire and going to the wonder.

I can’t reproduce this; however, the development version *does* have some changes from the version currently on the workshop to accommodate some other CleanSlate mods I’m working on; it’s possible one of those changes is stopping me from experiencing a CTD.
I’ll try to get the update out tomorrow, hopefully that will fix it for you.

I think I have found something close to the issue. The crash I am experiencing only happens when I hover over the University upgrades when it is built in a City of Wonder. It works like normal and does not crash if the wonder is a University in a province by itself. I built a City of Wonder and built the Grand University in it and the game crashed when I hovered over the specifically University upgrades.

I found something interesting. For some reason if I have your Ancient Religion mod installed and activated it doesn't crash and everything works perfectly fine. EDIT: I got it to not crash by going through every file in the .zip and deleting any section with ### ACR ### and replacing it with Clean Slate or original COW versions.

That *is* interesting. I’ll take a look at the code ASAP. I tried to construct my various CleanSlate mods so that they would work fine alone or together; clearly, I have gone wrong somewhere.
