Step 1
Go prone underneath shower stall next to the B23R wallbuy and you can pick up Electrical Equipment

Step 2
Go to generator outside directly behind Juggernog and repair the radio signal.

Step 3
Go to three radios and acquire intel on where certain important parts are.
Once you hit the radio it will give you a hint on where you have to go/what you have to do once you get there. You do not have to activate all three radios first. You just have to hit the radio to get the part it mentions.
Radio location 1

Next to Juggernog on the table
It will tell you to get the wire coil part. It's on the metal pole next to the Olympia wallbuy. Just shoot the wire coil at the top and it will fall down for pick up.

Radio location 2

On a table in the Quick Revive room
It will tell you to get the battery part. Its nudged in a hole between two rock formations on the way to the trip mine wallbuy from Speed Cola.

Radio location 3

Next to dead body near MP5 wallbuy
It will tell you to get the computer part. Its on top of the watchtower next to Pack a Punch. If you don't know how to get up there read the Pack a Punch guide.

Step 4
Once you have all 3 parts go to the shooting range right across from the Bowie knife wallbuy and craft the computer on the table. The computer will tell you the rules to the challenge and open the giant door to the range.

Step 5
Make sure you have a crawler or at least a last zombie because you will need your full attention for the next step. You have to hit all ten targets as they pop up downrange. You will have 3 seconds to hit a target so look closely all across the range for the targets. WARNING IF YOU MISS A TARGET THE EASTER EGG IS OVER SO DO NOT MISS :)

Step 6
The computer will congratulate you for completing the training and award you a care package marker that you can pick up out of a small box next to the computer. Go over to the M16 wallbuy and right in front you will be able to call in a care package containing the Warden's Key.

Step 7
Follow the sound of the numbers and it will lead to a door outside of the shipping container you can walk through. Open the doors and you will have access to a gobblegum machine and you'll be able to pick up the fuel can. At this point you will also be given unlimited perk slots.

Step 8
Pick up the fuel can and go to the cargo truck near the pole where you shot down the wire coil earlier and refill the truck. You will be able to escape for 99999 points.
