Ok, I am very dumb too, but I just happened to know the answer. Currently, the models/items in the workshop are available only for VTube Studio beta version.

You have to wait for it to release officially (which should be coming soon), or you can join the beta testing.

"How do I join the beta on Steam?
In your Steam game library, right-click VTube Studio and select Properties... -> Betas. There, enter password painpeko1234. This will unlock the beta branch vts_public_beta."

After that just subscribe to the model and it will download automatically. Then it should be available in the model selection.

ah alr, i thought that was only for hand tracking but now hand tracking is in the full
