The Big List of Dark Events
Per people's request, The Big List of Dark Events, what they do, and as I wrote this up I also realized I fudged some of the ingame descriptions slightly due to having forgotten to update them properly..

But this can be easily changed by configuring them in XComARFM_DE_Config, and in the same config you can easily disable dark events that you don't want in your campaign.

Dark Events
The Summary of What They Do
Psychic War: Mental Combat
ADVENT Priests and Sectoids cause minor damage on an attempted Mind Control. More powerful Psionics cause greater damage.
Psychic War: Domination
Psionic Enemies will React to the First Attack against them Every Second Turn, if they have certain Psionic Abilities available to be used.
Equipment Upgrades
Sectoids and Vipers deal increased damage.
Immortal Hunters
The Chosen gain the ability to respawn multiple times on certain mission types, and will not wait for XCOM to reveal themselves, but will instead actively hunt down XCOM's Soldiers.
Breakthrough Meld Variant
ADVENT Units Gain Melee Immunity and a small amount of armor.
Relentless Pursuit
On Some Mission Types, Once combat begins, enemy reinforcements will periodically warp into the battlefield until the mission is completed.
Elevated Aggression
Force Level may increase when missions are completed, depending on how successful the missions are. The Less injuries/Deaths inflicted upon XCOM's forces on missions, the quicker the Force Level will rise.
Mechanical Menace
Robots, and possibly Cyborgs, gain +1 Armor and a bonus action point.
Betrayal
On Every Covert Op, a chance that the dispatched Soldiers will have to fend off a retaliation attack.
Transcendence: Immortal Monsters
The Chosen become entirely immune to Conventional Firearms, and take reduced damage from Magnetic Firearms.
Transcendence: Alien Terrors
The Assassin gains an Upgraded form of Bladestorm. The Hunter's attacks now deal massive bonus damage to targets damaged in the same turn. The Warlock gains the ability to Deflect Reaction Attacks.
Transcendence: Otherworldly Horrors
The Assassin gains The Blade of Biedde. The Hunter gains The Hour of Endings. The Warlock gains The Inexorable Will.
Otherworldly Eyes
All Organic enemies gain increased Vision Range, Aim, and Detection ranges.
Inhuman Agility
All Organic enemies gain a bonus move-only action point.
Bulwark Of Faith
All Psionic enemies become immune to Mentally Crippling Effects.
Blood Tide
ADVENT enemies will aggressively react to being Flanked while in cover, once per mission, per enemy.
Regenerators
All Organic Enemies gain Regeneration.
Alien Fortresses
Alien Facilities related to the Avatar Project are heavily reinforced with additional guards.
Apex Predators: Chryssalid Reflexes
Chryssalids gain Lightning Reflexes.
Apex Predators: Bioelectric Skin
Chryssalids gain the ability to detect and reveal all concealed units in their line of sight.
Sentinel Modules
ADVENT Turrets are upgraded with Sentinel Modules, granting them massively enhanced offensive efficiency.
Psionic Thorns
The Chosen and ADVENT Priests gain the ability to periodically deal small amounts of Feedback Damage when targeted by Psionic Abilities.
Alien Equipment: Autoloaders
Enemy units gain Free Reloads.
Alien Equipment: Hair Triggers
Enemy units gain Hair Triggers.
Scorched Earth: Grenade Bandoliers
Mutons will carry multiple additional grenades or utility items.
Scorched Earth: Advanced Explosives Training
Mutons have a 50% Chance for Thrown Grenades or Launched Rockets to be a Free Action.
Scorched Earth: Nova Sear
Grenades thrown by Mutons deal bonus Damage.
Dread March
Organic ADVENT units gain a bonus Overwatch shot with every successful hit.
Medical Embargo
All Soldiers can only use equipped Medikits once in a Mission, regardless of Soldier Abilities.
Engines Of The Requiem: Reinforced Hulls
Damage dealt to Gatekeepers and Sectopods from all sources is reduced by half.
Engines Of The Requiem: Genocide Protocol
Single Target Primary Weapon Attacks from Sectopods and Gatekeepers refund the action points the Attack consumed if they hit their target.
Engines Of The Requiem: Exotic Armor
Attacks against Gatekeepers and Sectopods have a small chance to be deflected.
Armored Superiority
Heavily armored ADVENT Units take reduced damage from all sources.
Lasting Trauma
Injured or Shaken Soldiers gain a Requiem.

Maybe I missed it. Is it possible to make the dark events non-permanent changing one setting or must it be done individually?

Would it be possible to change Blood Tide so that they only react when they can see the XCOM soldier. They react when flanked by concealed/shadowed XCOM which seems wrong.

Is it me,or is there missing Dark Events in the ini? I can't find stuff like autoloader,or Psionic Thorns.
Cause I see 34 DE here but in the ini theres only 23,Do I have to add them?

@Soul Some of the Dark Events exist as Chains, disabling the toggle disables the whole chain.

Aight,I saw about chain in the ini,but how do I know which chain which,since unless I'm blind (could totally be the case I mostly used search function) I couldn't find the ones I was lookin for,like the 2 mentioned.
The only mention on thorns I see is when it say how much damage it deal,so I'm a little lost,my b if its a dumb question and I missed something

You can look in the Localization file and it'll show the internal names vs the in-game names
