1. Wand of Construction doesn't work when placing torches with the "Destroy then Place" option selected.
2. Wand of Construction incorrectly consumes tiles and placeables even when in stacks of above 999 and 99 respectively. It doesn't matter if they are in the Big Backpack or in the inventory, the resources are always consumed.

I am playing using only this mod and Magic Storage.
