you have to delete the font.dds file in the mod folder. I think the chain goes finder>application support>steam>steamapps>workshop>content>48700>2798127304>textures. In the textures folder you have to hunt down font.dds and delete that mf. Font should be the same as the base game when you reopen the game. A lot of fonts don't work properly on mac so whenever it happens at any mod you go to the workshop folder, 48700, and hunt down the mod's folder and delete font.dds.
