Sorry. I believe when I created the mod just subscribing to it worked. But either way, I just hosted a game and had it successfully working. Add it to the installed mods list and steam workshop mod list in the server config, also add the locations in the maps list, should work fine after that. I added it to an existing server as well and it was fine. Let me know if you need any help, I'll try my best.
