How do you make a new save?
I'm confused by the meaning and how to make one, as I really want the armour :(

You start a new run. So you cant add it to existing runs.

A run is basically a game playthrough, and incase If you want to start a new run or a new save you can do it by, Going to the main menu of rimworld and clicking new colony.
