I've spent days with this mod, and I really wanted to like it. Instead, it's not only, not enjoyable, it is tedious and insanely aggravating. It's for pure masochists.

One of the biggest problems with it, is grinding for resources, and the fact the dinos you need to find are always clumped and only spawn next to, the strongest dinos in the mod, so going into that area to find ONE is instant death and dino loss.

So unlike PF, eternal, other dinos mods, dinos from this mod only spawn into small areas together. I feel like this has to be a bug, because of how poor of a design choice this is.

If you need an alpha to kill for hearts, hide, etc, it's always right next to 10 other dinos that will destroy you in one hit, then there's they insane auras they have, even when knocked out, not to mention they agro from really far away.

It's overtly tedious for no good reason with crafting as well.

You get hides from a creature. Then you have to use 3 different crafting tables (4 really) just to process ONE ingredient needed to make saddle. You also need 5-10 other tables to make everything else, again, for JUST a saddle, that has vanilla armor to boot.

Just hide, you need to process it into 3 different things. Special hide, fabric, then silk.
Who thinks this is a good idea?
It doesn't add any value, just makes you work more tediously, just to make a saddle.
Why make it this tedious for just a saddle?

The other really strange thing specific to this mod is that you can only tame alpha dinos the vanilla way, KO tames. Every other mod dino running around the map cannot be tamed by KO, even with the kibble they specifically have. I spent hours trying to do this before asking others why it wasn't working.

Since the only way to get a strong dino is from evolution of your starter alpha, if you lose that dino, which is SO easy with the insanely OP dinos in this mod, you have to start the evo process all over again, and it's so tedious, you can't imagine. Cloning them is MANDATORY.

It's been 2 days, and 3 different dinos DNA that I need to evolve have not even spawned. The server I play on has a creature finder too.
So, I'm completely stuck. I need to go through this for EVERY evo tier. Yeah, no thanks.

Getting anywhere in this mod, is like beating your head against a wall.
