Will this break old survival/creative worlds?
It looks great and I want to try it out but I don't want to get it if it breaks unmodded worlds. Can someone explain the results?

I actually read the first discussion about it, I don't think I wanna uninstall and reinstall the mod to switch between worlds.

It wont delete any old worlds. Just as long as you don't go on them with it installed or go on a modded one with it uninstalled.
