Additionally, while being 50% bugged and my actual % being down below 10%, I took a stim syringe, and it bugged me out and just kept telling me "I don't think I can sleep any longer" over and over until I relogged, but before I relogged it kept making me start to fall asleep as if the stim syringe didn't apply.

After the relog, my bar was at 100% from the stim.
