Weird Glowing Ball Paticle Effects

After using this pack, and installing GDCW base, there seem to be glowing balls just looming around after I shoot something. After some experimentation, this only seems to happen on grass.

Any way I can fix this?

This pack is old and GDCW is old. Hopefully this gets fixed, but it probably won't be. There is no solution to this... :(
