Hey, i understand you. But its not that easy that you think. I just add some building near to road, you should've also look up in screenshot gallery of map. But i will try to make some of them.

I understand, most of the things i've suggested are insanely hard to make, no worries :)

Slot 1 or 2 (or even 3), a VHS store, you already have a parking lot there and a motel close by, nothing out of the ordinary.

Here are my Ideas:

Slot 11 -School
Could be multistory or one, a place for the kindergarten graduates to move on to
Slot 10 and 9 -Modern Suburbs
Where newer houses are built, can be a gated community or more simple early 90's styled hosuing, there could even be houses still under construction
Slots 8, 7, and 6 -older suburbs or maybe a farm, if you don't want too just add all suburbs there that's fine, but the place could really use more houses, it looks a little sparse.
Slot 5 -Clinic
The clinic for the district, includes dentist office and eye doctor.
Slot 4 and 3 -corner strip mall
could include stuff like a laundromat and pet store/pet clinic
Slot 2 -Public restrooms
a place for people to change into their bathing suits and maybe get snacks from vending machines (aswell as use the bathroom)
Slot 1 -Condos/Apartments
a nice view of the beach!

Obviously you don't have to add all these in, but it would be nice to see more houses provided..

I think a few townhouses and a few more commercial buildings would be cool but I'd like to see a small used car dealership up north or something maybe next to the soccerfield is a small gym/fitness center as well. :)

Slot 11: Public toilets and bbq/pagoda/picnic area thing. Small towns should have some sort of public toilets and a picnic area would be neat.
Slot 3/4: Shopping centre (eg. including a grocery + vhs store). Provides some food for early game.
slot 6 or 7: Men's shed + small dirt parking area. Community area for quick tool/supply acquisition, maybe double high chain fence for a small starter type base. Alternatively, a hardware or construction zone.

Condos might fit better for slot 2 if it were to be extended south, could connect back to my suggestion for 11 via a footpath.
Apologies for the piss poor formatting.

#2 could be an extensive hardware store. Rosewood lacks one and nearby warehouses are mostly fruit and vegetables now. Bit old scouring garages and sheds for tools, would be nice to have a little town nearby with a big hardware store to hit up. Chose #2 because it has a parking lot attached, which means a bigger hardware store would be worthy of such an extension.

Don't really know what to describe about it. Maybe it could be half camping and half hardware, the everymans store. Tools and fishing, camping...experience the epic woods from which Rosewood, Westwood and Blackwood take their name! Maybe it could have a cool upstairs area and BBQ emporium. Would be nice to have a reliable place to pick up a few propane tanks without having to loot BBQs, lol.
