Magazines spawn in the usual locations you would expect them to; Libraries, Magazine racks, trash cans, etc. They also have improved spawn rates for areas that make the most sense.

For example you can expect to find Vehicle Glass magazines in mechanic shops but not the Kilns. You can find Kiln recipes in kitchens but not window recipes. Window recipes are found in garages and near carpentry items.

If you add this mod to a world that is already running, you will need to go to a new area that hasn't been populated yet to find the magazines. Otherwise, use some admin cheats to spawn them in.

Though glass panes are fairly simple to make, they also organically spawn in the world as well. They're relatively plentiful and found in the most logical places. For example mechanic shops or construction sites are a good guess.
