Broken Glass Oddity, mod list

I've been enjoying this mod for dozens of real-life hours, it's been a real godsend for being able to replace broken windows and windshield.

I've generally kept my indoor days with glass smelting constantly, getting very familiar and comfortable with the process. A few in-game days ago, I went away from my base, came back to realize I had left the oven on (luckily no fire? if that's how it works) with a cooked pan of glass, extracted it, and then... no more option to prepare for smelting.

I checked the crafting menu option. While I have 8 units of the broken glass item, none of it matches the 4 types of broken glass in the craft UI—only the roasting pan is lit up. My broken glass comes from both smashed vehicle windows and from removing glass from below a zombie's break-in, so I don't think it's about the "source" of glass. I also restarted the client and have spent a few days in-game, it never fixed itself. Any ideas what might cause this behavior?

I was surprised at your responsiveness, thanks! I had written it off as I had stacked about 70 glass panes, so I played normally for another in-game week and collected more broken glass as the habit had been learned. Lo and behold, I *can* prepare pans for smelting again. So I think there's just some rogue broken glass item in my save, I don't know if it's from other mods or in the base game but just generated in unexpected cases.

As per request, the mod list when I encountered the bug:

I do hope it's coincidence, but it happened again when I left the oven on for a long while away. I heard a zombie at the outer perimeter walls, left to deal with it without turning off the oven. Circled my very wide enclosure twice for other zeds, spending about 4-5 in-game hours, returned to see I left my oven on, extracted the glass from pan, and no option to reuse that roasting pan on the preparing the remaining 8 broken glass.

I truly don't think it's related to the oven being on while I leave the cell, but I'm giving the details anyway in case it's some complicated bug related to unloading from memory or something. I'll send a few screensnips to the email address you gave from a throwaway email account, you can respond here as necessary.

I'm growing more confident that it's not related to leaving the glass outside the cell—rather, it was coincidence, and that instead there's some existing broken glass item which does stack with the other versions of broken glass, but is not valid for the "prepare glass for smelting" recipe, and I imagine it's more likely that this "rogue" broken glass item is introduced by a mod.

I wouldn't ask you to try to make an update/patch for other people's creations, but if you're interested in chasing this down for future people who end up reporting the same false flag issue, I *think* there's a possibility that it could be related to the vehicle mods. I didn't isolate anything for testing (I'm just playing a sandbox run that's been going swell for me), but one thing I noticed is that I could smash the "specialty" windows and windshields related to those vehicles ('89 Bronco Front Window, etc.) through the Vehicle Mechanics UI while they were attached to the vehicle, but I could not smash them through a right-click context menu if I had uninstalled them and put them into my inventory.

All in all, thanks for making the mod and keeping it updated.
