I rate this 2/5. It has a lot of crucial problems
GOOD:
CUSTOM CONTENT: A lot of custom textures, some custom models and anime Witch (a little over the top, but I appreciate the effort)
SOMEWHAT UNIQUE VISUALS: Has unique visual feel to it overall. Didn't see copy-pasted stuff from vanilla maps.
IT HAS TRIGGERED STUFF: There are number of panic events present, so there is stuff to do. It isn't just a walking simulator. Also there is some interesting triggered stuff, like press-to-heal models.

BAD:
ZOMBIE NAVIGATION: Huge NAV problems with zombies. Special infected get stuck behind buses or behind gates most of the time. Some areas are unconnected, leaving zombies standing in place not knowing how to reach you. Most notable is the C4 sequence.
FLOW: Flow of the game is off and it is often unclear where to go. Hidden passages are main paths in some areas. Too many artificial labyrinths, e.g. bus areas where one narrow side is the path. On other occasions, same width paths are just covered with invisible walls.
PLAYER CLIP: Some areas are not blocked for player, making it possible to get to unreachable places for zombies or just leave map.
REPEATING CHEAP SPAWNS: Too many cheap instant Witch spawns, where they spawn on top of your head and you just die. This wouldn't be a problem if it's used in moderation. Same goes for scripted Tank spawn, where he spawns in the middle of panic event in plain sight, while you go towards the set of stairs.
VISUAL DESIGN PROBLEMS: While I praised overall feel of visuals earlier, there are plenty of details that make this map feel like a rushed/unfinished product. For example, visible "nodraw" textures, Z-fighting in models and brushes, disproportionately large rooms and tall ceilings etc.
