I can't access the mod settings

Bug : Work benches become glitched after loading save

whenever i make a recipe and try to craft it in any workbench it doesnt work and pops up the debug logs

I subscribed to this mod and my parents are still dissapointed.

How to delete unneeded recipes of deleted mods to kill red def error

This way requires local mod config change:
Use Windows search on sys disc [Mod_2802770242_MakeAnythingCraftableMod.xml]
or find it manually here:
[C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config]

modify any recipe in tags <createdRecipeDefs></createdRecipeDefs>
keep an eye on <li></li>

I found the files, thing is I dont know what to change or remove and am too scared too, please help
