Starter weapon and grenade toggle missing?

After the latest update, I don't have the tab inside the Pegasus options menu to toggle the starter weapon and grenade on or off. Did it get removed?

i unlocked the zues hammer but whats different besides the regular hammer? id rather have a l-secondary to choose then just a hammer it gets rid of my primary weapon aswell so i dont really understand what the point of it is if i ony get a hammer
