We now have a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) channel in the Discord !

1 : "Where is my game progress saved ?"

Your game is saved in the players folder of Black Ops 3. The pathing can be found here.

2 : "Will my progress be saved if I delete Black Ops 3 ?"

The following will reset your progress:
1 Deleting/Verifying Black Ops 3 game files.
2 Playing on a different computer

It's a good idea to do daily back ups of your Black Ops 3 "players" folder in the cloud, on mega, or on google. Whatever your preference may be !

3 : "Why does the level in the lobby show as "1" and not my Pegasus rank ?"

Black Ops 3 has it's own leveling system that is completely different from Pegasus. Without making engine modifications, we aren't able to change the level past 1,000. As I'm sure you're aware, current ranks exceed 10,000. So for now, we will not waste resources to change this.

4 : "How can I apply attachments and gobble gums ?"

For mostly any mod in Black Ops 3 you will need to load the mod, go offline, and then you can set all of your attachments and gobble gum settings.
When you go back online, all of your settings will be permanently saved. You can go offline at any time to change them.


5 : "How do I get roles in the Pegasus discord server ?"

The roles can be obtained by going to the pegasus media channel and posting a screenshot of the game, where we can see your rank.
6 : "Can anyone help me If I lose my progress or have a problem ?"

It is your responsibility to back up your progress !
With over 50k concurrent subscribers, it's not an easy task allocating time for everybody's needs. So please be patient if your question is not given a solution in a timely manner. We will respond, I promise.

7 : "There's a map that is incompatible, what can I do ?"

Please report the map name in the bug reports channel. We will try our best to accommodate to the maps needs.



8 : "How do I get Tokens ?"

Every time you rank up or perform an action in the game, it adds to your token counter. When the counter is filled, you will be awarded with a token. If you want more tokens, play with game modes turned on.

9 : "Can I play with my friends ?"

Of course, we even have bots !

10 : "Someone said inappropriate things to me in private or someone is breaking the rules"

Contact a Creator/Moderator and we'll take care of this.

11 : "Does KillJoy make maps ?"

Correct ! Check the "KillJoy Maps" Channel in the Discord or click on KillJoy's name. You are also welcome to post maps that you played with the mod or any new maps in the "New Maps" Channel.

12 : "When are the DOUBLE XP events live ?"

We hold Double XP events and Cosmetic events occasionally on holidays ! Join us in the Summer, on Halloween, New Years, and more!

13 : "What if I am caught cheating ?"

You will be banned from using the mod.
