Sure.
IN/OUT - The direction of the offer. It's easiest to think of this with factories, the IN offers are the materials it needs to make the products and the OUT offer will be the product it makes and wants to sell.
Priority - Range from 0 (low priority) to 7 (high priority)
Active - Active is the side of the match that will send out the vehicle, Passive is the side of the match that will receive the vehicle.
Amount - The offer amount, how many of the material the building is willing to match with
Park - 0 for a global offer, >0 for a local pedestrian zone offer. Service buildings will only respond to offers that have a matching park number
Description - A description of the object making the offer. Eg. building, vehicle or citizen
d - Match distance (km)
P - IN priority / OUT Priority - Allows you to see the priority of both sides of the match.
Note, however that if the offer disappears but no match appears, it does not necessarily mean something is going wrong. If for example the priority (P:) is low then the offer may not get a match. The Transfer Manager tries to prioritise higher priority offers. In general a match will only be allowed if the combined priority of the IN and the OUT offers is 2+ (ie. 0/2, 2/0 or 1/1 or better)
If you hover your mouse over the House icon on the building panel, there is a tooltip for the colors depending on the highlight mode.
Therefore, can you please help me understand how to do this? Thanks!
