This is not official, I'm just sharing a small little story I made while playing in several different maps.

- ( CONTEXT - - - - -

The year is 2003, the ' Grebe Republic "(G.R)" ' Is experiencing an unexpected event, The 'Caliphate' is suspiciously building up their military on the Grebe - Kestrel border.
The leader of the oil-rich nation declares state of emergency to all citizens. Flights are halted, markets are closed, streets are blocked.. Many actions are being taken to protect their people and country.

The Caliphate government has been publicly discussing about the supposed "oppression" that the Grebe people suffer, and how the Leader is "corrupted" and a "monster".
Although the Grebe's leader might not be the best, the Caliphate would be exaggerating these speaches. And so, the Caliphate armies were being sent to the border to prepare for a "Liberation war".

- ( THE FALL OF THE BORDER - - - - -

On the 26th of January; The alarms ring loud in the border, as many Caliphate Battle Tanks roll down inside the border from the sandy mountains, as the Grebe Border Patrol is annihilated.
A huge firefight takes place around the border, as the Border Patrol tries to call in for reinforcements, but it is too late, the Kestrel air force finally arrive as several bomber planes drop explosives and missiles onto the border, destroying the walls completely.
Just minutes after the bombardment of the border, hundreds of Caliphate troops rush inside the border while holding the Caliphate flag, finishing up all the remaining Border Patrol units that survived the initial attacks.

- ( BINOCULARS DOWN, GUNS ARISE - - - - -

The Grebe Leader is quick to act, as he orders small battalions of Special forces troops known as 'Black Necks' to hold down and scare the Caliphate until proper reinforcement arrives, as most of the army was focused on the other side of the country dealing with Kestrel-supported partisans.
The 'Black Necks' actually manage to hold down most of the Caliphate army cornered inside a city near the border, as they receive messages from the Leader saying "Help is 10 hours away, hold them out for your country!"
The motivation is proven to be effective.

- ( FIGHT UNTIL THE LAST DROP OF OIL SPILLS - - - - -

The Grebe Infantry finally arrives, It's the 16th Republican army, It's not much but it'll surely last for a long fight. They arrive with the Air Force, helping them with helicopter support, And with many military trucks, a lot of them.
They immediately launch up an offensive against a weakened Caliphate-controlled city, previously attacked by the Black Necks.
They are successful, although take some heavy casualties on their side, not as big as the Caliphate casualties.

#16TH REP. STRATEGY ON TAKING AL-KHAZIMIR /////

#1 | They attacked at 7 AM, encircling the city through close mountains, as all of the soldiers quickly throw grenades onto the city, point blank, making the enemy scared and confused (once again).

#2 | They start charging from the mountains while screaming Grebe army phrases, as they gun down many Caliphate Infantry men exposed to the mountains.

#3 | The screaming stops, as all the troops look around for the remaining Caliphate troops hidding inside buildings in total silence.

#4 | After 1 hour, the city is completely cleared and the Grebe flag is hoisted onto the flag pole, as the soldiers cheer in happiness.

- ( THE SAND IS MY ONLY FRIEND NOW - - - - -

Some days after the initial Grebe invasion, Kestrels managed to occupy 24% of the Grebe territory, which resulted in a absolute economic collapse for the Republic. But they never give up until the *Last Drop of Oil* Spills on sandy Grebe grounds.
New Grebe divisions have entered the war, such as the 22nd Mechanized Division, a Strong Division that had way better desert combat strategies than the 16th Army.

A secret letter from the Union government is sent to the Grebe Republic Leader.

- ( HELP ARRIVES FROM THE HORIZON - - - - -

From the dry canyon lands, to the forgotten snowy mountains. From the grass plains, to the unexplored ocean; Grebe soldiers fight against the attackers, risking their lives to save their beloved country, the country they grew up with, the country they learned to love. They act in all biomes, they act in all fronts, they act in all conditions.. Such task no longer could be sustained without proper allied *reinforcement*.
From that perspective; at 8 AM on the 1st of January, 2004; Caliphate troops see several unknown modern jet fighters flying high above, never ever seen by the eyes of the attackers. Some seconds later, 3 ENTIRE Kestrel Battalions are wiped out of the advance by those modern jet fighters.. They are the 'Ravens'.

feedback is extremely helpful, as this is my first time posting a made up story to public.
and Dustron, if I committed any errors while writing this; I'm sorry, and I'll fix it as soon as I get online!
This was just for fun, and I don't see myself writing any more of these soon. I personally lost HOURS playing with the Grebes mod, attacking the kestrels, defending.. so that's why i felt so inspired to write this.
