I have a question. The fact that the screw is constantly beating against something when rotating, dusting and making noise is this a bug or is it necessary? If there is a bug, how can I fix it? It's just that others don't have this on video.

Hey there, I found that having the screw pull instead of push helped a lot with that. It'll still make noise when you back up but until or if they fix that I hope this helps.
