In the town hall, if you go into the door immediately to the right there'll be a black figure on the podium.

Also, if you go around a corner in the alleys near the fountain you'll see a glimpse of the black figure going around another corner.

I saw a black figure boarding up the door to the under ground near the town hall, which brings the question. Is boarding up the door to keep us out. Or something in? He was outside.
Also I am not sure if this was part of the og map or not. but the room with the four transformers by the subway station. the lights turned off for a bit.

Go into the school and look immediately at the window on your left. There's some funny people there.

I noticed that the most (By a small amount) haunted above ground building is the large hotel/apartments. ranging from doors randomly opening to seeing the elusive shadow man.
I am also going to note the area which I didn't experience any "Hauntings".

I could be missing some areas I didn't experience any "hauntings" (But could have events that I didn't trigger) but these are from the top of my head.

I explored (I think) every building while recording. I would upload to YouTube but no one would want to sit through a 40 minute video. (I think)

I did upload a compilation of my encounters mostly underground.

Also I think the least haunted underground area would be the train tunnel or the car park.

Going to look around there tonight.
