-A blue halo indication will appear around any enemy within 120 units of E-42.
-Killing an enemy with the halo will make them burst into 8 tears, which copy E-42's tear effects.

-12 charges, starts uncharged.
-Whenever an enemy is killed within the Overcharged Chip range or E-42 takes damage, Supercharger will gain charge.
-The amount of charge gained is about a third of E-42's tear rate.
-On use, every enemy within 250 units will explode for 40*E-42's damage.
-Enemies killed by this explosion will proc Overcharged Chip, and can charge Supercharger.
-The explosion cannot hurt E-42.

-Killing nearby enemies always gives 1 more charge than normal.
-Enemies will burst into 3 Tech X rings on top of the 8 tears.
-Enemies gain the Strength? weakness effect when E-42 is EXTREMELY close to them.
