Update Notes

1.1

Up Special has more vsp and is more powerful
Fstrong has more startup
Ustrong has reduced knockback
Fspecial has reduced knockback, sends at a lower angle, hit_player's x_pos changed.
Uair has little more startup and is a little weaker.
