Adds new ideology rituals and ritual outcomes for the ascension mod.


Ritual Outcomes---
Dao Collection:
Dao is concentrated into the rituals leader, potentially granting Ascendant Foundations and/or backfiring badly. The potential backfiring includes the leader going catatonic or the participants getting food poisoning; so that it isn't a completely better alternative to Golden Pills.

Planned--
an actual ritual to pair with the attachable outcome
1.4 update with new picture and description picture to describe added rituals/stuffs.
