Possible stats for the weapon?
My take:

Lil' Slugger
level 20 Scattergun

Negatives:

  • -15% damage dealt
  • -10% shooting speed
  • -10% equipment speed

Positives:

  • Secondary atttack: Knuckle punch
  • On secondary attack: Deal 20 damage
  • On secondary attack: Cause bleed for 5 seconds
  • On secondary kill: Gain disciplinary action speed boost for 3 seconds

This would be unfair to players with automatic reload on which I'd imagine is a vast majority of them.

Melee attack causes bleed
Mini crits bleeding targets

Damage penalty
Reload speed penalty
Reduced movement speed
No double jump while active

Would combo well with the guillotine and wrap assassin too. Potential for high burst damage at the cost of movement and dodging capabilities.

It's meant to punish players for missing, for a high risk-high reward playstyle.

Special Ability; It does the shortstop shove but 50% less knockback and 45 damage (or 35 damage w/ bleed effect)
Normal stats:
15% slower reload speed
-34% clip size (only 4 shots)
20% less damage
20% more accurate

The Shortstop's shove does 1 damage. 35% will literally not change anything because of rounding.

the idea was that it did 35 (or more) damage on successful shove/hit. Now that you point it out tho, 35 seems low. I'll edit it.
