Final Solstice Campaign - Level 1: Crescent Star
I think I cheated....
I could NOT find a way to turn off the second energy wall to the final BIG conflict area, so I eventually found a way to hop up, up, up, over, over, over, and eventually drooped down on the other side. Picked up stuff, eventually hit switches, killed everything, and the second energy wall dropped.

Is that the way you are supposed to get past the second energy wall, or did I find an exploit?

I'm impressed, I didn't think you could get over that wall, there is an invisible wall there. Apparently it isa little out of place and you found a whole to get in.

I'm assuming the energy wall did not go off because either you didn't kill all enemies or one got stuck.

But, either way, it's not much of an exploit. Well you did skip a fight too.

I popped the single screamer near the second energy wall, *knew* what was going to happen when it died, and lured it back to the now lowered first energy wall. Killed it there, and waited for the hordes to come after me. I killed most/all of then near the first energy wall.

When they were all gone, I went to the second energy wall and it was still there. I hopped up onto the wall, but could not get over.

I restored and repeated... and the second energy wall was still there.

FWIW: I know on the first fight the final mob, a screamer, disappeared AT the first wall on the right side, behind it (inside). I was going to whip around the wall and kill it when it stopped screaming. I looked on the other side and it was gone. Also, the same thing happened on the restored second attempt with one of the mech droid ones. It was there firing at me trying to hit me through the wall, and then it was gone.

They might have both fallen through the map or de-spawned.

At that point (after the second attempt and the second energy wall was still there), I went up onto the hill on the right side of the wall and ran/hopped/shimmied until I made it past the plane of the second wall, and then came down.

I explored a bit, found the two teleporters on the building tops, and eventually activated one switch to start the first fight, killed them, and then did the second switch and that fight.

And, I *loved* the cut scenes. It is nice to see pro content like that in a mod :)

Also, I loved the wide open area for the final fight area. The only thing you really need to take out yourself are the bulls, as they can outrun you. Everything else, just lure them in circles while they kill each other and then when the rockets from on high have whittled them down to a few, turn and blast the ground pounders and finish off the ones on pillars.

I used very little ammo compared to the number of mobs on that fight.

I will go back and re-try that one fight triggered by the death of the one screamer, and see if I can get the energy wall to drop honestly.

Update: This time I fought them all down in the valley, and still the second energy wall still stayed up.

On the plus side, I now know the route past that wall via the hill, and can do it consistently in about 10 seconds. It looks like a "path" or easier access of the right side of the wall heading up the hill. Run/hop/shimmy and you wind up bouncing off of a rock up to an area above the invisible blockage. Walk towards the castle 2 feet and then down.

But, I could not find a way wack up the hill going the other way--it appears to be a 1-way trip until you have cleared the mobs that spawn after you hit the switches.

Found the problem. Should be fixed now. Thanks for the info!
