Multiplayer debuff enchantments issue

Bug: Reforging armor that has been imbued with another item crashes the game

At it's current state, this mod is too powerful once you get past wall of flesh

Ichor Enchantment not working properly on Multiplayer

I was using ranged weapons with the Ichor enchantment and then I noticed that none of my shots were applying the debuff at all.
Ichor bullets alone work fine but when I use another type of bullet with the ichor enchantment on, it won't apply it.

What specific weapon and bullets were you using when you tried this?

Uzi, Clock work assault rifle, Megashark. The bullets were Crystal, Meteorite, Endless Musket bag.
