Hint Guide to the scientists' office part 3
Hint Guide:

Starting the room, you are put in a small hallway. the pathway will open when you step forward towards the door. Now greeted with a mysterious room with three doors and a strange machine in the center. the player has the option to choose one of three rooms to clear in any order: The Mathematician's office to the left, the researcher's office to the right, and the surgeon's office to the center. Solving each room will reveal a corresponding key when you return to the machine. The keys look like they go into the machine's key slots.

The Mathematician's Office Hints:
the first room on the left leads to the mathematician's office. the first thing players will see is a pin board on the other side of the room with a single piece in the center. the goal of the room is to locate the other 8 missing pieces and put them in the correct place on the board
1. Four of the Eight missing pieces can be found around the room without unlocking anything. They would be placed underneath other items and required you to look carefully for them.
*2. check underneath the table and the couch for the first two
*3. check on the table next to the pin board and on the desk under the book for the second two
4. Two of the cabinets on the desk are locked, one is locked with hinges. perhaps you can pry that one open with a tool?
*5. The couch has a tool you can use
6. Who left the mess on the ground? how are you gonna clean that up?
*7. Next to the record player has something you can use to clean the mess up, revealing a code under the mess.
8. One of the books in the cabinet is missing. Find the missing red book.
9. All the items on the shelf can be positioned to either the left or the right. Perhaps the note left behind can clue you as to what the combination for it is.
*10. Decoding the note: The part of the note that relates to the items on the shelf will be followed by either "left" or "right." Example: Signature in the bottom left = Move the pens to the left side of the shelf.

All of the pieces for the cipher should be found by now, using the black and red lines on the pieces themselves, you can figure out where each piece goes. putting all of them in the correct spot will unlock the door.

The Surgeon's Office Hints:
Entering the second door leads you to an emergency room where a body is laying on a table. On the table is a to do list left behind by the surgeon, telling you all you need to do to unlock the door: Fix the leg, Remove the nails, and repair the brain. the body will react or move with each task solved.
1. To fix the leg, you must find the combination for it.
*2. check behind some of the decorations for a button.
Solving this task will make the foot twitch.
3. you need a tool to remove the nails.
*4. Check the fridge for any "medical" tools to remove the nails
solving this task will make the arms slowly move.
5. There is a mechanical brain on the table that is currently not working. Two tools are required to activate it.
*6. check the fridge and the drawer for any tools needed.
*7. A screwdriver and a key must be put into the mechanical brain to turn it on. doing this will make the antenna stand up.
8. you need a key to open up the brain so you can install it. look around for it
*9. the key is up on the shelf above the computer inside a flask. Perhaps you need something long to get it down.
10. knocking down the key and putting it into the heart will open the head so the brain can be installed.
solving this task will cause the body to breathe again.
When all tasks are completed, the door will open.

the Researcher's Office hints:
entering the final room on the right brings you into a basement where the researcher has been previously tasked to examine several different plants. the machine he left behind on the table can examine plants and print out detailed descriptions of the plants. To solve the puzzle, you need to print out four descriptions and place them on the corresponding pin on the world map.
1. The first plant is in a vase.
2. the second plant is under a painting
3. the third plant is in a drawer
4. the fourth plant requires a key.
5. the key to the fourth plant is inside a box, the box itself looks breakable.
*6. check the drawers for a tool you can use to break into the box
7. With all the plants acquired, turn the machine on by pressing the red button and put them all into the machine. this will print out the descriptions needed.
8. The Aloe description needs to be placed in a "tropical, subtropical, or arid" place.
*9. the vase where the Aloe was taken from has the country it came from
10. the Achillae description tells the story of Achilles, Where is that figure from?
*11. the poster above where the Achillae was found tells you where Achilles was from
12. The Camellia tells you That it is found in Asia
*13. check what the scientific name of the plant is, it should clue you in on where it is
14. the Myosotis description says that it is a flower found in the north hemisphere
*15. the name of the plant is derived from the "very west" of the northern hemisphere
with all the descriptions placed in the correct spot, the door will open.

Leading forward, it is revealed that you returned to the basement of the scientists' office. returning to the very first room, you find a glass eyeball, a sledge hammer and a note from the archaeologist. the note reveals that you have been transported to the past, before the events of the scientists' office took place. he wants the glass eyeball to be safe. In order to prevent the events from taking place, you must destroy it with the sledge hammer. Afterwards, the door will open and the room has been completed
