Question about the pawn generation.
I was trying out this mod, along with the kobolds of the rim and a bunch of other mods, and I've been noticing that when events are triggered and new pawns are generated... Like say, transport crash, or a modded event which brings random temporary help from X faction, they generate as humans.

Raids or trading caravans from the appropriate factions spawn fully as kobolds, though with human slaves for the one case I've seen them with slavers.

The humans who generate for the kobold factions do have the appropriate backgrounds, as they will have stuff like 'Apprentice hatchling' and 'Kobold Guard', just are not the right race for the faction.

I was basically wanting to know if this is normal or intended? Or if one of my many mods has screwed with generation, as I was trying to play with a naked brutality only recruiting kobolds but it's been very rare to even get a chance to down a kobold.
