Hot to rocket jump?

Did you know the Source Engine could handle stand-alone ragdolls? You can rocket jump in Gmod vanilla.

i believe there is an option which says "ragdoll when receiving [X] explosive damage"
which means you could set it to 500 or even 5000 and never rag when you do get kaboom'd

Where can I find the settings?

There is now a "Rocket Jump" option in the settings
