Top Down Command I and II
Soldiers can cleanse non-mind control mental effects off their comrades once they get close enough. Can require the soldier to be of a higher rank for Top Down Command I.

Partisan Hackers
Like Double Agent - XCOM has a chance of getting a friendly robotic unit on missions. Eventually includes Sectopods if you're wondering.

Dangerous VIPs I and II
VIPs you escort on missions that are normally unarmed will now be equipped with a nanoscale vest and a pistol, alongside bonus aim and dodge. Dangerous VIPs II upgrades it to a plated vest and a magnetic pistol.

Alien Relics
While this order is active, XCOM is treated as though it has two more scientists and engineers: boosting both research speed and the ability to construct items it may not normally meet the requirements for yet.

Defiance Protocol
Stuns on XCOM units should expire one action point sooner. Mind controlled units of XCOM should always start to bleed out instead of potentially dying.

Lycoris's Theorems
Scientists get improvements to their skill level as XCOM completes research and proving ground projets. This effect is subtle at first, but can lead to long term scientists providing major improvements to research speed and improvement at some facilities. (Mod facilities will be variable.

Persica's Plans
Like Lycoris's Theorems, but for engineers. Building times for facilities and proving ground projects will noticeable get better, plus potentially unlocking some items faster if you have an engineer around for long enough.

HOC Support: Mortar Teams
Enables access to the Explosive and Smoke mortar support strikes. Should allow one free usage per month.

HOC Support: Ghost Squadron
Enables access to the A-10 Strike and Little Bird Reinforcements support strikes. Should allow one free usage per month.

HOC Support: Ion Cannon
Enables access to the Ion Cannon support strike. Should allow one free usage per month.
