Multiple endings

How to get the 3 different endings:

The "bad" ending
To get this, you need to:
- Get "caught" by the demon during the chase scene
The "intermediate" ending
To get this you need to:
- NOT get caught by the demon during the chase
- Not douse the candle at the ritual table with holy water
The "good" ending
To get this, you need to:
- NOT get caught by the demon during the chase
- Douse the candle at the ritual table with holy water

Is the difference in the text at the end? We got the good ending but now we're curious!
