Just one Special Point would be spot on, in my opinion.
I think that, as you say, both Crane Gunners and Grand Cannons are going to do a better job than Cathayan Bolt Throwers. Hence, it makes sense this unit requires less special points. Otherwise there is no reason to use it after 20 turns.
I also think War Tigers (from another mod) are a little bit two expensive (2 Special Points for a unit that costs 500). On the other end, the Bastion Cannon feels so cheap with only 1 Rare Point. Compared with the Fire Rain Rocket, I think it should be up to 3 Rare Points.
I will change Cathayan Bolt Throwers and War Tiger to one special point, and the Bastion Cannon will be up to three rare points. Thanks you

These Dragon Legion units are all set to around 1 or so cost while being better than even vanilla units at 2 cost and similarly compared to some other mods. Not sure if it's something you want to look into, but it's likely all the 1 cost special units would fit closer too 2 cost stat wise.
Thanks for the suggestion, I will change all infantry and ranged chariots units to 2 special.
And for the cavalry unit, because this mod also use the cavalry unit from dark elves, and it is also powerful, compared to Cold One Knights, they have no stat changes. if I change it to 1 rare point, will it be more useful than the Dragon Prince?
The reason I don't change the Dragon Legion cavalry to rare is that in my opinion they are just a variant of "Dragon Prince" for different units, such as large units and infantry units.

The Dragon Princes cost was being edited by another TTCap Rebalance mod, I edited my post too late lol.
If they cost the same as Dragon Princes by default then they were likely fine, unless they were also set to cost 1.
