Have you tried verifying files? Likely what you'll have to do unless you backed up the old settings since this probably overwrites old UI files that you don't have anymore. I haven't used this in a long time so I don't know for sure, but that would likely fix it if you unsub and reverify pz files. You'll have to reinstall any other manual mods as well after this. Workshop should be fine. Hope this helps.
